“Outstanding individuals with some outdated management systems”
I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time for more than a year
Pros – Education and job support is very important at Intel, which is refreshing. People are always hard working and willing to support someone who has questions or new ideas.
Cons – The employee website and in-house management systems are outdated and could be improved with some strong IT help.
Advice to Senior Management – Ensure that management techniques are applied both to the social and educational space as well as to the computer systems and document management. These later areas could use a lot of help.
