    I worked at Intel Corporation

    Pros

Working with lots of smart people who care about what they're doing, most at it for long hard hours and with a smile. When the company does well financially, bonuses can be a welcome boon.

    Cons

Management struggles with how to grow the business as they remain beholden to their PC OEM business line. If you're not working in the more stable "core" business groups, this can mean a lot of job volatility. Having said that, their redeployment program allows for moving around and a varied work experience if you can survive.

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Efficient team at Intel Mobile Communication. Salaries at par with other telecom companies. No backstabbing. Very good managers, both technical and people. Employee benefits are good. Work from home options improves work life balance.

    Cons

Interaction amongst teams is less. Hardly any team events or team outings. HR sucks.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improve the HR, its uselessness is evident across all the domains. Whether its work from home policies or taxation ones. More than useless it hampers the team morale.
