    Pros

Good payment and bonus. Great work-life balance. A lot of opportunities to learn and grow.

    Cons

Being a recent graduated engineer, it´s really hard to build trust between senior peers.

    Approves of CEO

I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

    always new opportunities (see cons)

    Cons

if you are above 55, have a health issue (that you got at or through work), they will "motivate" you to leave the company. You get a package, but by far not enough to survive to 65, nor to survive the unemployment stage above 55.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep the expertise, find ways to have them stay on board at least part-time.

    Recommends
    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
