    Pros

Intel was one of the best places I have ever worked for, the technical challenges allowed me to improve my skills and deliver great products.

    Cons

The only negative thing about Intel was the Focal process I felt it sometimes didn't promote employees to work together.

    Pros

Safest environment, competitive pay, best benefits, no lay-offs, stock purchase plan, regular bonuses.

    Cons

Individual technical expertise not encouraged. Mediocrity is encouraged. Too much focus on idiot-proofing procedures.

    Advice to Management

Identify technical experts and make them equipment technicians instead of self-sustaining manufacturing technicians.
