Pros

Work with the smartest people in the industry, on the latest/most innovative technologies.

Cons

Huge corporation, easy to get lost, has its fair share of politics and bureaucracy.

Advice to Senior Management

Poor project planning and constant re-orgs/shuffles are distracting to the individual contributing employees.
