“Great people who make it fun to work with them”
Current Employee – been working at Intel Corporation full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – cutting edge technology, good perks, great people, easygoing atmosphere, very informal communication style, values and recognizes good work, chance to work with people from all over the world
Cons – teams spread across the globe make the working hours a bit odd and not flexible, there are fields where beaurocracy is painfull, and it takes a long time to get decision/information
Advice to Senior Management – Be less rigid!
