I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Work is very interesting, employees are bright and motivated. Compensation and benefits are outstanding.

    Cons

The culture has suffered under Paul Otellini, which has led to widespread infighting amongst many business groups. Intel is desperately in need of a CEO with strong leadership capabilities, who can motivate its employees.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Expand CEO search to include outside candidates - who have the experience necessary to lead Intel into future/emerging opportunities (e.g., mobile).
