Great Place to Work!

IT Manager (Former Employee) Hillsboro, OR

ProsChallenging work, a sense of accomplishment daily, working with the best and smartest people in the Industry, opportunity to change roles and grow and learn new job skills. Great internal training and training is a focus for everyone, not just a few. The pay is excellent adn you manage your own time. They embrace innovation and new ideas. Can be a life long career stop with great beneifts. I was an employee for 10 years, left for a couple and am now back as a contract employee and feel like I am home again. Grass was not greener on the other side, but love being here as Consultant/ Contractor

ConsThe work is demanding and can be stressful. Comapny is filled with "Alphas / Drivers" and is not for the meek and quiet. ( May not be a Con, but is what it is)

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
