    Pros

Definitely a GPTW and an awesome company to work for. As a student worker I've been able to continue with my university studies and at the same time gain experience at work. Flexible hours and great benefits/compensations.

    Cons

Haven't seen a defined career development to go for. Opportunities to grow within a team might be difficult to find.

Get more in touch with people and give a proper follow up for each employee to improve the career development in the company.
