Pros

Leader in what they do. Very aggressive business goals and strong systems in place. Senior management works very hard.

Cons

Way too much politics. Sometimes feels like working for the governement. Lot of old dead wood around...many were probbaly good and continuing to survive because of past glories and contacts. Some of these people make the life of newer people miserable when you are trying to make improvement that actually impact business bottomline

Advice to Senior Management

Get rid of the good old boy network before it negatively impacts Intel the way it impacted the Big 3 in Detroit. Some organizations within Intel are just world class...others need a lot of work..even within TMG.
