I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Intel has some of the most brilliant and dedicated employees everywhere. They want to do their best and in return you feel compelled to step up your game. Great benefits and in general salary.

    Cons

Not clear who actually gets to make the decision. Everyone seems to get a vote. Intel is at an inflection point in it's history and needs to find out where they will be headed. there is alot of cogs in various areas of the company who really don't have passion for what they do.

I worked at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

Smart and disciplined engineers with solid management and some of the best executive talent. The technology portfolio is outstanding. Mid-level and technical management has about as much experience as anywhere so take advantage of it.

    Cons

As with any large corporation, the decision making and number of meetings can be cumbersome. Innovation and risk taking is more institutionalized, so be persistent, and get peer review/feedback before wasting anyones time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

If you aren't growing, you are declining. Time to capitalize on the oppurtunities that you've had over in mobility, embedded and datacom/telecom. Seems you had a decade of moving sideways, lots of activity, but not to be confused with real progress
