    Pros

Stable company which provides competitive compensation/benefits and ability to work with engineers from every part of the world. Engineers have more or less freedom for choosing the way of solving their tasks.

    Cons

Company is not so flexible to take a quick decisions (e.g. about conversion intern to engineer etc.). There is a risk that you join the project that has a lot of routine job with which you're not excited, and again it may take some time for large company to move you to another project.

    Advice to Management

Company should be flexible enough to make employees happy. I saw a lot of guys left Intel to join Google and other companies, these cases should be analyzed. Or it's not the goal since Intel isn't an software company in the first?
