“Overall good, but too much overhead between different organizations. As big company, too much fat”
Current Employee – been working at Intel Corporation full-time for more than a year
Pros – Company size and stability
offer a lot of career opportunities inside company
more structured and process oriented
Cons – too much organization barriers.(geographic, culture, technology boundaries). Not as competitive as small company when developing new products, esp when breaking into new markets
too much fat and unnecessary teams
less efficiency
bad health benefit
Advice to Senior Management – set up a cooperative culture between each Intel organizations. Imagine how much productivity will be achieved by doing that alone.
