Divisions and departments can be quite different in their benevolence (or lack) towards the workforce and employees.

    Great health benefits
    Lots of lateral opportunities
    Stability and good pay
    Good work life balance

    Cons

    Overly hierarchical and bureaucratic
    Older employees aren't all digital natives
    Alienating to be < 25 years old due to very low population of under-30s
    Benefits disproportionately benefit middle aged employees with families
    Entry-level employees are pidgeon-holed and not allowed any position of influence

    Harness new energy and ideas instead of "staying the course"
    Make Intel exciting for new graduates
