    Pros

    very stable company.
    very organized project.
    lots resource
    work life balance

    Cons

    VERY below industrial average pay.
    very political,
most even first line leads/managers are more like politician than Engr.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fairly speaking, if Intel lays off 1/4 employers, it wont impact projects at all. There are just too many people make big money but do very less work. it very discourage junior or middle careers to have loyalty on Intel. HR should see the flag, how many of middle careers leave Intel !

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
