Pros

Company is results oriented. Stuff gets done. If you dont like your job it is fairly easy to get a new one internally if you want.

Cons

Some departments are worse for work life balance than others. Everyone needs to decide their own threshold.

Advice to Management

Learn from Apple and Samsung on how to market and drive new products to mass appeal. Or better yet hire those people on!

    Pros

No dress code (engineers show up in shorts at times), Fun Culture, Lots of perks like 50% off Nike and Adias store and free movie tickets, Managers don't micro manage, great starting pay, everyone has a cube (including managers and executives) which makes it easier for engineers to approach them, Employees rarely work more than 45 hours a week.

    Cons

Everyone has cubes, work is not as challenging and can become redundant at times
