Intel Finance Rotation

Finance Product Line Analyst (Current Employee)
Hillsboro, OR

ProsGreat exposure to various financial functions and a lot of ability to guide your own career. Also, finance is relatively safe (lay-off wise), compared to other areas. Intel also pays quite well for the Oregon area though if you choose to leave, you'll probably take a bit of a pay cut

ConsFlattening the organization makes it difficult to make it to manager-level. Also, since Intel is such a large company, it's very easy to disappear and become a cog. This may be worthwhile for you but the yearly reviews are all about how you stand out?

The culture is also very strong and relatively aggressive. You need to make sure you're good with this.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
