“Great place to work!”
I have been working at Intel Corporation
Pros – Lots of smart technical people, men and women. Authentic leadership -- they've been with the company a long time and they are vested in the people as much as they are in the company.
Cons – Lots of smart people when there's no growth and a down economy means promotions are limited for the time being, but there have not been layoffs like at other large tech companies.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue authentic leadership, invest in your people.
