Current Employee – been working at Intel Corporation

Pros – Smart people and a challenging work environment. Also, the work life balance is pretty good. however you will need to plan on bringing your "A" game to compete with teh accomplishments of others. Accomplishments are genrally well recognized and publicly communicated. There are multiple big problems to work on and fix. In general, as you move up the organization you can directly influence the outcome of massive decisions. Also, there are plenty of opportunities to make a name for yourself with good work.

Cons – Intel has not been a strong growth company for soem time, but compensation structure is still that of a growth company.

Advice to Senior Management – Prevent ASP slide as much as possible while we have product superiority and develop GPU solutions to beat Nvidia.
