Great company if you find the right fit for you!

Technical Recruiter (Current Employee) Folsom, CA

ProsGreat place to work. Free soda and fruit. Great pay and benefits. Sabbaticals. Intel really takes care of you. It is a great stable company.

ConsMy department went through many changes in 2 years. Too much pressure on their employees and not enough consulting with the people who actually did the work.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen to your employees more often. Some managers are definitely better than others.

I worked at Intel Corporation full-time for more than 10 years

Pros: great compensation and benefits; advanced technology focus; lots of opportunities… Cons: heavy process-oriented culture, slow decision making, lots of competing teams… Advice to Senior Management: reduce no of layers of management, avoid too many planners; decentralize decision making - hold… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend More
