Pros

Great place to work. Free soda and fruit. Great pay and benefits. Sabbaticals. Intel really takes care of you. It is a great stable company.

Cons

My department went through many changes in 2 years. Too much pressure on their employees and not enough consulting with the people who actually did the work.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees more often. Some managers are definitely better than others.
