Intel Corporation – “A good place to work for”

Pros

I am able to work remotely (work life balance) with flexible schedule. Compensation is not top of the rank but job is stable.

Cons

Not very up to speed with the industry standard, also there are too many layers between application development and production support.

Advice to Senior Management

Please make sure policies (telecommuniting, promotion, budgeting, etc) are consistently carried out by all, not just some groups or some individuals.
