Cons

If you've got a manager who is a workaholic, they will expect you to be one too. It's a great place as long as you push back on low-value-add activities and you don't let crazy 80 hour a week people peer pressure you into doing the same.

Advice to Senior Management

Stop trying to be cool -- even the geek chic ads try too hard. Even the marketing organization is stuffy.
