No issues with internship

I worked at Intel Corporation as an intern (less than an year)

Pros

Hour lunch break, free amenities at work for full-time employees, challenging but rewarding work experience, good pay for an internship, offered free training. Probably enough room to advance but it's hard to tell from just an internship

Cons

Very large company, often goes under restructuring; at end of internship, duties were reassigned to another branch instead of staying local

Recommends
Neutral Outlook
No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Intel Corporation full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Job rotations are encouraged. Get the chance to work with smart people. Machine like efficiency at wonderful, but at times can be cumbersome. Salary is above average, and people care about work life balance while maintaining competitiveness.

    Cons

Large company, very siloed. Breaking barriers to do something great can be at times limited. Can't move as fast than start ups due to heavy overhead.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create more creative work groups. Think tanks, tiger teams to bypass the bureaucracies. But must have executive support in order to make things move.
