I have been working at Intel Corporation

    Pros

Fun work environment. The mangement was very accisible for interns. There was a lot of options to meet with different people accross the company to find out where your interest were.

    Cons

Lack of ownership of projects. The company is no longer growing like they use too. Limited ability for career advancement. Lack of dedication to road maps.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus more on where the markets are going, rather than continuously playing catch up. Stay out of court, even if you claim that you are innocent but still pay the fine, it cases people to guess.

    Approves of CEO

    I worked at Intel Corporation

    Pros

All employees knew that they were accountable for the success of the company. The corporate culture valued direct and open conversations.

    Cons

The locations that Intel is in geographically are not culturally diverse. Intel did little to support and to retain a diverse workforce.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Always have open discussions with employees even if the topic is difficult. For example be forthcoming about pending job redeployments
