Pros – Great opportunity to work in development consulting in a truly private-sector enterprise. Opportunity to get exposure to wide variety of sectors in development

Cons – Not process-driven, dependent on individual personalities and whims/fancies. Company has not been growing and staff retention is an issue - average life in the company is 1 year

Advice to Senior Management – Improve the senior management's handling of the company and the staff. There is a lot of opportunity for the company but its human resource management that lets it down
