Micromanagement kills the productivity in this place

ProsThere was plenty to learn

ConsThe pay is very low for everyone (not just me), you aren't trusted to do the job yourself, you are frequently told what numbers to put into the books.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay more, stop looking over everyone's shoulder so much

    I worked at InterCoast Colleges full-time


    Pros: Small school which creates a family environment . Cons: Senior management. Low pay in comparison to industry. Provide benefits but would be half your pay. No consistency. Minimal… Advice to Senior Management: Take some management courses. Obtain an MBA degree so you can learn how manage and run… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
