I worked at InterCoast Colleges as an intern for less than a year

Pros

There was plenty to learn

Cons

The pay is very low for everyone (not just me), you aren't trusted to do the job yourself, you are frequently told what numbers to put into the books.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay more, stop looking over everyone's shoulder so much

I worked at InterCoast Colleges full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Finally disconnecting yourself from this circus. Enjoying success elsewhere after you been told you are no good for so long by these folks.

    Cons

Owners dont know how to run the school but believe they are better than anyone they hire so you can get fired after your first week if owners get a feeling.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sell schools or shut down. Taking money from people is not good business. Hurting people (employees) in the process will only bring you bad karma.

I worked at InterCoast Colleges full-time

    Pros

Small school which creates a family environment .

    Cons

Senior management. Low pay in comparison to industry. Provide benefits but would be half your pay. No consistency. Minimal training. No ethics. I would never recommend anyone to attend this college as a student none the less work here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Take some management courses. Obtain an MBA degree so you can learn how manage and run a company. Treat your employees like they are people and matter. Give your students their moneys worth.

    Negative Outlook
