    Recommends

    Pros

The employee discount is a pretty awesome perk. You get to travel for very cheap and go to places all over for next to nothin.

    Cons

The cons would definitely be the hours and that hotels are open 24/7 365. It can be difficult to work the hours if you have a family life.

    Advice to Management

There is always room for advancement with hotels. Turnover is high and people can move up to management positions quickly but there's not a lot of room for advance besides assistant manager and general manager.
