    Pros

management treats you very well, it's a nice group of people to be around, good pay and benefits, having a wii in the break room is awesome

    Cons

constantly having to deal with hotels "passing the buck" and transferring guests you can't help because they can't be bothered helping them getting a schedule change even for one day tends to be a long, drawn out process that can take several weeks. You really have to stay on top of them the once a week coaching sessions are a bit much and you have them regardless of how good or bad a job you are doing. Although it is a nice break from the phones, they get very repetitive.

    Advice to Management

    make changing your schedule easier
