ALL of the managers that I've personally encountered have been great. They always e-mail you about changes, issues, dress down days, etc. to keep you in the loop.

    I worked at InterContinental Hotels Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Most of the upper management worked 4 days a week and were not around to harass or intimidate.

    Cons

    Most of upper management was so disengaged with the operation and had varied opinions that were destructive.

    Get out of the Hospitality Business
