Pros

The people you meet & the benefits you get when traveling (if you're lucky to get them).

Cons

Management is poor, as well as communication down the line.

Advice to Management

Share what going on & Don't be so stingy with benefits.

    Pros

This company is made up of a lot of great people to work with. The company has had strong financial returns and pays pretty well.

    Cons

They are going through some layoffs in some areas so ask in your interview about current track record. Also, while you get paid well, IHG demands crazy hours due to lack of focus. They are dropping in top employers in Atlanta rating which should tell you something. All in all, because of the people, still okay place.

    Advice to Management

    They've already heard it.

    Pros

Salary Commission AWOP Benefits Vacation/PTO/Holiday Pay Fully Vested 401K Set hours and Breaks Boosts Employee Morale--Champion Ceremonies Constant ability to move up

    Cons

Sitting 8+ hours a day Insurance premiums can be a bit pricey

    Advice to Management

ALL of the managers that I've personally encountered have been great. They always e-mail you about changes, issues, dress down days, etc. to keep you in the loop.
