    Pros

    - provided opportunity to learn
    - training and guidance provided
    - accommodation provided

    Cons

    - usually long working hours
    - overtime and commission never paid on time
    - no overtime for admin (non-operations) departments
    - accommodation provided was poor and hierarchy in distribution of accommodation was not maintained esp. for lower job bands
    - distance from the accommodation to hotel

    Advice to Management

    - live-out allowances
    - overtime
    - standardizing accommodation similar to those of other group properties
    - transport allowance for sales team needs to be reviewed
