Front Desk Associate (Former Employee)
Fort Wayne, IN

I worked at InterContinental Hotels

ProsMost staff members are a pleasure to work with and consistently helpful.

ConsIrregular and inconsistent hours. "Push to top" attitude at front desk. Inappropriate relationships interfere with professional management judgment calls. Management personal vendetta will give up great employees for self justification.
