“Great Place to Work”
Current Employee – been working at InterContinental Hotels full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Profit sharing, good benefits, great place to be yourself
Cons – A little concensus oriented so change is slow
Advice to Senior Management – Hire more permanent employees and less contractors...
