Pros

first - workers here in the hotel are very friendly and super nice and believe it or not even the managers are amazing . 2nd- room to grow you learn sooo much about hotels and you can just grow and shoot up 3rd- guest who come here tend to b slightly nicer that the average guest at hotels in Israel

Cons

i think that the hotels needs to notice more the guest welcoming im not saying that its bad but like everything you can always do better 2nd- on weekends and summers allot of French and israeli ppl and they can b at times very ruff

you are doing great . thou you can always notice the workers more and try to give them more

    Pros

    Biggest hoteing compnay of the world. You feel proud for working for a company that is on top of the list in their category

    Cons

    Too many steps involved in getting something major done. It has to go through and approved by so many people
