    Pros

There are none I can think of.

    Cons

Accidents not reported or even attended to, lied to in interview, told would only have 12 rooms and sometimes more when in reality its the other way around where 12 is the rarity, health and safety is a joke, staff turn over rate is really high because of conditions, underpaid considering this is a cleaning job and most cleaners get higher than minimum wage but we do not, there is so much more.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You need to look into your hotel managers and heads of departments better. Sit down every once in a while with a low level worker like myself and assure them nothing they tell you will jeopardise their job and mean it. That way we would open up more.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
