Good starting point for sales career. Great exposure to Corp America. Average leadership.

Prosfringe benefits such as discounts
Ability to advance quickly
Limited to no micro-management
Fun colleagues
Great exposure to corporate America

ConsPoor leadership. "Winning Ways" are supposed to be guidelines to live by but are not followed by anyone. Lots of unnecessary busy work and paper trails to justify jobs.

Advice to Senior ManagementDon't punish employees who complete the employee survey honestly by giving them more busy work.

Overt favortism shown in hiring, scheduling and promotion. There is a lack of standards awareness… Advice to Senior Management: Recognize, value and treat your employees like professionals. Listen to your staff's feedback and act accordingly--They have daily direct contact with the guests and… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
