I have been working at InterContinental Hotels as a contractor for more than 3 years

Pros

Working with IHG, I have access to hotels worldwide
Working in the various regions, there are opportunities to learn new skills as well as ample opportunity to travel to other offices within the business and work on a global scale

Cons

As a contractor, not privy to many of the decisions and politics until well after something has changed or been implemented. It is a constant struggle just to try and keep up. I dislike the feeling of being behind the 8 ball

Recommends
Positive Outlook
Approves of CEO
