You understand how every other place you have worked for is better.

Cons

-The lies they tell so staff come to work or accept an offer of employment
-Unpredictable Hours
-No consistency with rosters/ Constantly changed
-Unsupportive management
-Managers are only interested in themselves
-Feel like a number not a person with strengths

Advice to Senior Management

You say its all about 'working better together' and yet you cut staff so bad that you cant even work to the standard that you require. You can't have standards and not enough staff.
Money isn't everything. I think a reputation is worth more.
