Pros

Opportunities to transfer between properties is promising. With a broad portfolio, this company appears to have plenty of opportunity for advancement by transferring between business units or locations.

Cons

Management team is rigid -- they refuse to accept new ideas or get outside their comfort zone. My experience with management is that they have a firm belief that their model is superior to any offered elsewhere and they look askance at any suggestions that would take them outside their set processes and procedures.

The management team is firmly entrenched in analysis - they believe the numbers tell them a more accurate story on the state of the business than feedback received from the street.

Advice to Senior Management

There is more to marketshare growth than analytics and number crunching.
