I like to learn new computer systems and develope new strategy for hotel revenue, forecast.
Cons
Management support, fairness and respect, leadership abiliyies, recognition and praise.
Seems that always the hard workers strive to get credit and praise.
Advice to Senior Management
To recognise the real people, hard worhers, to praise them, help them to move up on their career. Also to be fair, to devide equal duties proper to their qualifications, earn, not to give all the duties to others who earn almost a quater of their sallary.
