I worked at InteractCRM

Pros

InteractCRM is divided into 3 divisions
1) Training Services - (Avaya Products Training) - 70 % onsite (germany,US,China,Singapore), will get short trip for 2 or 3 week.
2) Development (Java,.NET) - 50 % Development 50 % support, no onsite development
3) Implementation/Consultant (Avaya Product Implementation) - onsite implementation.

Cons

I can write book on this topic. and the title would be "NEVER JOIN INTERACT CRM"

- Pathetic HR Policies(cant have lunch more then 30 minutes, cant have breakfast in the evening at office if you had lunch, funny policy but irritating)

- If you join the company you need to sign bond of 500000 for not leaving the company for 1.5 years. Cant join Avaya, Accenture & any of the client for which you have worked during the employments. Be careful about this clause for trainee and consultant. Its a jail for trainee and consultant. dont ever join this company.

- hopeless HR Head, creates his own policy every month.

- Project Manager, HR Manager, COO dont have any work rather then monitoring employees on camara. worst then school kind of atmosphere.

- Company gives wrong review to your new employer, it has happened with my 4 colleagues recently.

- People are leaving this company, no planning, poor management, no value of employee, poor Hardware System P3 & P4 machine with low RAM. people fights internally for RAM. old style eye hurting monitors.

- Company earns loads of money but don't spend money for employee. they don't care about employee.

- HR talks very sweetly, so be careful. don't make wrong decision.

- Its very hard to join other company because the company's exit policies. don't provide service certificate(company policy).

- No technical growth

Advice to ManagementAdvice

- Needs to change old staffs who don;t even know how to behave professionally, who are no one 1 in politics and 0 in their work area. making the environment worst.

- Really needs to review the policies, Policy should be employee friendly not a rules of jail.

    Pros

    True product company and not a typical body shopping operation like most companies in India
    Product very good with lot of advanced functionality
    Lot of international clients
    Office abroad
    Very friendly culture with helpful peers

    Cons

    HR policies not too friendly
    Managers not always considerate

    Due to some bad employees I noticed that some policies were made very strict. This sometimes becomes unfair to good employees. Maybe there is a better way

    I worked at InteractCRM full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    This is a good workplace and people around you are good, except a few. You get to learn a lot in terms of technology. Since the strength of the organization is small you are expected to be your own manager. There are a few people who will try to play politics. But you will also find a lot of friends here. The remuneration for the work you are doing is pretty good and as per the industry standards and you also get recognized for good work that you have done.

    Cons

    Workplace politics is evident once you have worked in this company for some time and the HR is not at all up to the mark. The HR should tune their policies to better help the employees. The workplace is good but its not very employee friendly. Even if you have worked long hours on a certain work in the past and one day you are sitting idle for sometime when you are not having work at that particular time you are still expected to work, meaning, you will be eyed suspiciously if you are sitting idle.

    Please improve the HR policies and be a little more open minded.
