Pros

Get a good benefit package and work hours are stable and normal. Godd for people looking to retire within 5 to 10 years.

Cons

lack of advancements, need to improve the technology and get more high tech guys.

Advice to Senior Management

Provide more information directly to employees and better work environment for working
