Senior Management is incompetent to say the least.

ProsThe only reason to work here is if you can't get hired at another market data provider or Wall Street firm.

ConsCurrent senior management has little knowledge of the various businesses and even less respect for the people that work there. They foster an environment that encourages back-stabbing and politics versus being the best.

Advice to Senior ManagementGo find other jobs.
