Pros – Great people. Fun atmosphere. Challenging projects for all designers.
Would be great for someone starting out of school or a designer looking to enter into the branding world.
Cons – Last minute design projects didn't help creativity. Disconnected to New York City by global clients. I can't list too many other cons though!
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up! Let designers help lead the strategy sometimes and cross departmental collaboration is key. Push your brands a little further rather than responding to what everyone else is doing!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
