I have been working at Interbrand

    Pros

Clients, brands, scope, scale, experience, place to grow your resume, smart and passionate people to work with.

    Cons

Poor leadership only interested in the latest number or how much profit they are making. Say goodbye to your family, life, health and interests. What could be an amazing place to work is a sweat shop for the cream at the top. No pay rises, no bonuses, no 401K match, no holiday party, the cuts keep getting deeper and deeper. Interbrand only cares about London, New York and best Global brands. Stratrgy rules the roost everyone else is made to feel stupid. There is no vision, no plan and no inspiration coming from the top down. There are a few leaders that are holding everything together while the rest count their money and do nothing or are so out of touch they get in the way. Read this and still apply for a job and good luck to you.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Wake up! Morale is so low and people have had enough. Your 1974 reputation and best global brands is the fumes you are riding on.
