I have been working at Interbrand full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Amazing opportunities to learn about businesses from the inside out. Real chances to innovate and evolve product and process. Great people - culture is fun, smart, work-hard-play-hard. Company does a lot to make it an inspiring place to be. Lots of "can't believe i get paid to do this" moments.

    Cons

Long hours. 70 hour weeks aren't uncommon. you have to fight for your work-life balance. Pay is inconsistent - some very talented people making not enough; some total boneheads making a killing. Make sure you set your base salary right - moving up from there is like free climbing the cliffs in the Princess Bride.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

You're making a lot of the right moves. Spend more time with the people who actually get the work done to truly understand where the value is.
