InterCo Print

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
Dayton, OH

I have been working at Interco Printing

Pros40 hours a week. Management is fair and honest. Because there is always training and cross training, employee development is ongoing. If your willing to learn, they will teach you

ConsLousy work schedule. Every day is different hours,. Every week is different days. Hard to have a family life with this kind of scheduling. Never know which direction the company is going. They don't keep up with the changing times and InterCo is the only commercial printer I know that does not believe in a dedicated sales staff. Poor benifits package. Poor retirement package. No raises

Advice to Senior ManagementTake a look and see how the successful commercial printers operate and learn form them
