Pros

-The staff is great
-Extreme challenge, as the company is always undergoing change
-Benefits such as a gym + personal trainer

Cons

-Bottom of the barrel pay
-High Turnover
-Very stressful environment at times
-Company leaders are resistant to change
-45 hour weeks
-Very ambiguous when dealing with labor laws

Advice to Management

-Pay your people so that they are not leaving every 6 months!

    Pros

    Healthy work life balance - Employees are not required to work more than 40 hrs / week in most cases
    Company provides a free lunch to all employees, small gym is available
    Employees are friendly, as is the company owner

    Cons

    Poor compensation, sales reps work on a commission basis, office staff compensation is somewhat low in my opinion.
    Not many new challenges, the sales staff continually work on bringing in new business, however this is not really a position where you can "grow"
    Hires an excessive amount of interns, many of which are given menial tasks of little responsibility

    Advice to Management

    Sales needs to be reconfigured as a position with growth potential, since the reps are the core of the company. I would offer continuing education classes within the company, and change the compensation structure for sales reps to a base + commission which will allow you to attract better talent. Experienced reps cost money, but they bring in quality business.

    Pros

    People are really nice there. They provide food for lunch and variety of snacks and drinks.
    They also have a gym.

    Cons

    I am not the person who likes making cold calls. It's hard to get commissions. I guess they have competitive marketing team.

    Advice to Management

    Maybe providing some base salary makes the job more attractive.
    But I guess the CEO tries to be nice to everyone.
