    Pros

The company exists, which means that it has the prospect of providing employment, part time or full time, to persons qualified for the respective needs.

    Cons

The company exists, which means that it has the prospect of providing employment, part time or full time, to persons qualified for the respective needs. Unfortunately, for some reason, albeit compensation offered or poor recruiting or poor leadership from the top, the executives are unable to bring solid middle-management to the table,

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your act together when it comes to getting your accounting and administration correct, and find hire on-site manager(s) with much better capacities and leadership abilities.

I have been working at Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

I only worked at the airport and a small bit at hotels but found my manager & supervisors great to work with. Since it was seasonal, they tried to cover time i needed off for summer classes.

    Cons

Again, its seasonal and the ships come in each and every weekend. So it's hard for family vacations.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

How about a raise each year we come back?
