Pros – Focus on Travel and Hospitality Domain
Focus on Achiving Customer Delight,
Focus on continuous improvement,
Commitment from Senior Management
Transparency in PMS.
Cons – I feel company should do really something about improving infrastructure in terms of Facility. Since major focus of achiveing customer delight, sometimes internal customers(resource) feel left out in an attemt to achiveing customer delight.
Advice to Senior Management – Reduce the dependency of major client and strengthen client base
